How can an images communicate meaning?

How did you use the transform tool to change at least one selection/layer?

I use the transform tool to rotate and flip it horizontally for the layers of butterflies.

How did you use the move tool to move selections from one section to another?

I clicked on the first icon in the tool box which is the cross then I selected the object and now I can move it around the canvas.

How did you use change layer positions?

I can just drag the layer then move it upward or downward on the list of layers in order to show it in front or behind certain objects..

I worked independently.

What was your color scheme?

The color was mostly blue, there is some white and the color of purple for the stroke of the flowers.

What were the requirements for assignment?

Transform and repeat the butterfly at least three times and to illustrate the principle design of harmony.

What is unique about your composition?

I used the custom shape tool to add the flowers with the butterfly.

Describe the Element of Art and Principle of Design in your composition?

It can be color or movement which the butterflies are trying to reach the flower and harmony in the composition.

What does your work symbolize?

My work can symbolize a part of nature and peace which can be shown by the flower and the butterflies.
