Even though I had a lot of stresses in the quarantine, but I also found out some ways to relax myself during that time. Like watching videos or reading fiction novels, another way is to have a cup of coffee in the morning (not always only if I feel sleepy), which make me calm down and concentrate better on the works that I have to do. I just want to say that don't let the challenges overwhelmed you, sometimes I think that we should use different views to look at the problems, and there are always some ways to relax youself
